I agree with all of those who've said that this design has "Squier" written all over it . Still, the quality in the close-up pic in the OP's link looks to be superb, as you'd hope for $6k .

Whatever else people say, I think it's great to see something a bit different from the Custom Shop - building P Basses, day in day out, is hardly my idea of "custom" (even if I did buy three myself ).

Honestly, to me, it looks like something Squier would put out - the finish and PU's and everything...it sure is neat, but dang, that's a lot of money
