what can I do with it?

If I had one more bass than I needed* and it didn't completely suck, I would convert it to either a piccolo bass, or a reciprocally-tuned (inverted 5ths) bass. Both mods only require a new set of strings and maybe a new nut.

Give it to a kid. Might just change their world.

I'd give it a good setup first and keep it for a season to learn its quirks, if any. Then, at least, the young player has a head start knowing what that bass is about.

A student should not have to fight that bass forever. The beginning of the journey can be fraught with difficulties, as it is.
