Most of this thread is just going to be the opinions of a bunch of people who have never seen or played your actual basses and who are going to tell you to dump the one that they like the least.
Quoted for truth.

I would dump the P given its the one you didn't really say much endearing about.
The way you describe your Jazz, you will regret selling it.
The way you describe your EBMM, you'll likely regret selling it.
I will never sell my first "real" bass, I think you'd regret selling the Warwick.
So we are left with the P bass, Which are as ubiquitous as anything could possibly ever be.

If you don't describe your P like the other basses, Its the one that should go

So which bass would you let fly free?

That's a tough one for sure. Myself, I seem to end up going with my initial gut feeling. But only after making a decision, then questioning said decision and turn to talkbass for advise. Then take that advise, narrow decision down, then ask "which one between the two" and take that advise, then thank everyone for the advise, ignore it all and go back to your initial gut feeling. Ohhh K, that didn't help at all.

Streamer I’ve done the most miles on, being my first “proper” bass

Ahhhh "the first". There's no other feeling like it. They always seem to hold that special something, never before obtainable. Looks to be a keeper. Then again, I tend to hold on to certain things for ages.(still have my first "proper" bass purchased in 1971)but I digress.

So, back to thinning the herd. The Streamer and Jazz, both great basses. Both very versatile basses, each with it's unique voice. I think I would hang on to those. I like the versatility/options of two pickups. That leaves the P & the Ray. Both a very distinct sound, but pretty much only that sound. Don't get me wrong, both sound good, but by design, kind of a one trick pony. The Streamer is P/J so you can get pretty darn close by soloing neck pup and a little EQ to cover the "P" thing. The Jazz and the Streamer with bridge pickup favored or soloed can get you close to that Ray sound. I know, nothing else sounds like a "Ray" or "P", but we're talking thinning the herd, close counts. If my choice, I would dump the P or Ray. Both are fairly easy to replace down the road if desired. And, with the Ray probably having a more unique sound, I would sell the P.

Wow, that was a long way around wasn't it.

Best of luck. I'm sure whatever you decide will be the right/wrong choice, depending on your mood, for years to come.

So I'm in the tricky situation of having 4 stellar basses and I need to let one go to clear some debts.

So here are the contenders

USA American Standard Precision 2008 (Maple neck, Sunburst body)

USA AVRI 75 Jazz (Maple neck, Natural body)

USA EBMM ’97 Stingray (Maple neck, Black body, 3 band)

German ’97 Warwick Streamer LX4 (Wenge, Maple, PJ, ACG Pre)

Streamer I’ve done the most miles on, being my first “proper” bass
P Bass I spent a while being picky and bought it new
Jazz plays outrageously well and is the best sounding Jazz I’ve heard
EBMM I love the neck and the punchy tone

I play contemporary worship, post-rock, post-metal, and funk through an IEM setup using a Aguilar Tonehammer.

So which bass would you let fly free?
Warwick without doubts !

Mh... the P bass sound like a bass should sound if it’s a proper P bass ... don’t know about 2008 models qualities but I would never remain without a P bass in my arsenal

The Streamer or the P.

The other two you gushed over their playability and tone, but for those two you only mentioned how long you'd owned one for and how long you shopped for the other for
