I wouldn't call the Cali pedalboard friendly. It's huge.

I have to make my standard disclaimer about how everyone has a different idea about what "punch" means, so it is not a good idea for me to say whether a pedal will give any one user the punchy sound they hear in their heads. That's why I evaded the earlier question about heft versus punch--it's not that the other guy had any problem with his use of English, it's just that we're trying to use these words to describe a totally vaporous moving target of tone and "feel".
With that out of the way, I don't think the PWNZOR is what I'd recommend for punch. For me, punch requires an aggressive response, that at the same time does not have a "mushing", softening, or dip-and-swell effect on the envelope. The MXR M87 or the Maxon CP9Pro+ might be better choices, coming from the dbx flavor. Maybe even a Boss.
And yes, the Cali is huge.

As an American, I have never been charged a customs fee for oversea's sales.
Odd. I have purchased dozens of things off eBay from China and Europe and never encountered a customs fee. Phantasm, what did you buy?
Note: I have always used USPS.
I'm as American as they come and I got a bill for about $15 from UPS for "customs fees."
