A good thumb-rest is essential!! ;-)

My custom Squier Affinity P (what a friggin oxymoron!!!) has a loooooong thumb-rest that actually gets used from end to end.

Do you have a closeup of your, uhm, thumbrest?

I do. I've wanted some forever.
If you're willing to part with them.....:D

Have none. If I did, and they weren't OEM items, I'd gladly pass them on.

But I was taking some new photos of my gear (basses and amp) and made a photo of my two precisions brotherly side by side. :)

I love these babies. :bassist:

Although I love one a hell of a lot more then the other. :D

edit: weird bloody photobucket.com, in my account this pic is standing up... :hmm:

And who can blame ya either, Lake Placid Blue and Maple is the perfect combo, rock on!:D

LOOOOOOOOL, :p wiseguy

it's not a Roscoe Beck .... :crying:

;)

Seriously, both are awesome, enjoy 'em!:bassist:

Will do. :)

Only I need a new amp (head). The POD X3 is more difficult to operate than a space shuttle.

btw DS, I finally got a group shot of all my basses posted in the show-your-basses-thread.

Seriously that hard?!

It's a wonderful unit... you can dial in lots of great sounds.

But it turns out I'm not the guy who like to fiddle with things.
I'm more of a set-and-forget kinda guy. :)

I already have my eye on something else. :)
But it's very expensive. :hmm:

pssst... :ninja: It's green and mean what I want. ;)

Oh, I saw the group shot, awesome stuff dude!:bassist:

thx :)

I took some of Yammies out of storage.
Mostly I just play my precision basses.

... And that brings us nicely back on topic. :)
