Thanks! :) It's called the Supersonic. I designed/made it based on the short lived 24 fret '85 MIJ Fender Performer. I extended the upper horn to the 12th fret, but otherwise the outline and pg shape are similar. It also has 24 frets but the width is closer to a Fender Jazz - the Performer had a very narrow neck w/a pointy hs. Also made mine with a 5 bolt neck, string-thru and inside facing Strap-Lok. (full view - post #71) Pat did a great job on it! :thumbsup:

The only pic I have of this beauty. An early 70's Musicmaster that belongs to a friend. Pat did a beautiful job refinishing and installing the Aero pickup.

This is a surprise birthday gift that will be presented to him by his bandmates at a gig this Wednesday. Gonna be emotional! Can't wait. (I did take this to church this AM to play before I never see it again). :)

Just finished this demo and review of this Killer Wilkins Cayenne, all roasted, Road Tested WRTJ 5 String Bass. This bass has a roasted Alder body, roasted Maple neck and fretboard, Audere ProZ preamp with the noiseless option, Aguilar single coil pickups, and hipshot hardware.
I recorded the bass direct through my A Designs REDDI.
The bass is loaded with DR Strings Fat Beams.
This bass was on loan from a good friend for this demo and review.

I think the bass looks fantastic! I like the tone, but I also like preamps that add a little color to the tone!
