Same! This one drives the high cab. In this case, the Eden 212.

This is the first time I used the high/low outputs on the 400b. The Eden's lows are loose and the Peavey 115 doesn't have a lot of highs so I thought I'd give it a try. Lo output to the Yorkville BM400's effects loops return then 400w to the Peavey 115, Hi output back into the 400b's power amp input and 200w to the Eden 212. Crossover set for 90-100 Hz. Balance volumes to taste.

Results? Just like a nice stew. The results are better than any individual part.

That Peavey just thumps as a sub and with the Eden's flabby lows dialled out, it sings. This motley assembly of various pieces from various places over a 15 year period kicks butt and sounds pretty good. The only thing I need to change is to put a switch and/or an L-pad on the Eden's tweeter, which has neither.

Serendipity it is!

And your bass is backwards! Dude, straight-As for Jank! Lol.
Nicely configured. I'd try moving the crossover point up some, but bi-amping can really be great. Kudos on using up that Mk-III...

Thx man. I'll play with the crossover some more for sure.

I put this together for our NYE gig but as it turned out, wasn't necessary. Now I do want a gig that I can use it at.:D

Thinking back, it occurs to me that possibly the best bass sound I ever heard was a Kubicki Ex-Factor bass through a big Peavey rig.
It is so easy to be pulled around by trends and marketing, and the opinions of our peers... But left to yourself, finally, if you can do it, you do best going with where your ears are most happy, and undistracted.
I don't want to think about my amp anymore, even though gear is, in its own right, fun... But for my part, a kind of discipline is expedient, and I'm trying to work out having what is needful for the art I want to engage. This is a great example of that thinking. Great amp, @discochris ! You want a number?
