It's absurd how people are mad about them not being released yet. I could understand if Peavey said "Coming September 10, 2014" but they just gave an estimate.

I'm waiting patiently for the cabs.

I'm certainly not "mad" about it. This is not a Cancer or Aids vaccine. It's just a bass amp. If it gets to market great. If not, we'll be fine. I have always been a fan of Peavey gear. I think the company has done a lot of innovative things and is a company that is under appreciated but I take the "I'll believe it when I see it" approach to their new gear. Maybe their marketing department (if they have one) is the problem.

As far as I can see the "problem" is bass amps are lower priority than other new gear Peavey has in Bobby's pipeline.
Bass players, while not forgotten, are often last in line for new gear. Not enough of us, and too many of us are using the same PBass with flats into an SVT still.

It's the amp you're pretty sure you want, but haven't played through or heard yet, so Peavey wants to make sure you're highly satisfied POST-sale so BobbyBld doesn't have to report that people are dumping then off in the TB classifieds.
