I'd go with the one made in America. Besides, I think the black Sarzo is more rare and cooler.

I have owned a Aria SB900 and Aria SB1000. Great Basses, with great sound, but great weight. My back resented trials after more than two hours.

I have a Sarzo just like yours, red with Gotoh bridge, and a walnut Cirrus. Both are very nice basses but the Sarzo has one of the nicest, slickest playing necks I've ever handled, and the electronics seem so much more robust. My Sarzo is slightly hefty at 9.5 lbs. but balances well and is a keeper for the reasons I stated above.
