Like, three knobs man!!

Story time:

My dad bought a car once and me and my brother drove to the dealership to pick up the car he drove there with. Anyway, we are stuck in traffic so we are chit chatting and my brother says "wait until you see the sales guy, he's so dumb".

Anyway, we get there, and as they are delivering the car, the sales guy says:

"Oh yeah, you will love this car, it is very powerful. I mean, your old car had two exhausts, this one has four"

My brother turns to me, gives me the look and say out loud: "Told you so" :)

Polytope question. I just got my used Polytope. It sounds good except I get distortion when I play hard on higher notes.....does the Polytope prefer passive basses?

I've owned 2 or maybe 3 Polytopes, never clipped the circuit on one. I mostly play a G&L with MFDs too, although almost always in passive mode, the MFDs are hotter in passive mode than some actives I've played though.

Dude, I'm right there with you. I've been holding off on upgrading my TC Flashback (no complaints, just - well you know...) for a Nemesis. Thought about getting a Strymon Timeline, but man that's a lot of pedal!
I have the flashback x4 on my board now. If a used timefactor or timeline came up for a really good price, I would have a hard time waiting for the nemesis.
