There is a decently priced M-104z on Reverb but that isn't really the same thing.

I've ordered items that get had to find from them just because they are a bit pricey. Another good one is Eastside Music in Nashville over on Fatherland Ave. They have a great selection of pedals. I've bought some awesome gear from them.

Cool. That's kind of where I am now as well. But I will try anyway. If they had the ClusterFlux, I would just order all three from them and see if that helped in getting a discount. But they only have them in white and I would prefer it in black.

Do it! And the newer units come with the "tacos" control as an external control instead of an internal trimpot. For the Chaos feature alone, I would be all over that instead of the Echo Drive.

@nshuman - I really like the SubT setting you came up with for the H9. Very very cool. I will definitely use that.

I don't like the tuner on the H9 at all though. Very unstable, kind of all over the place. I think I need to put a normal tuner on my board again.

I got the AD4096 twice over, LOL. It has a similar feature for trails like the Kilobyte. The only reason I didn't get the Kilobyte was I wanted to go analog and wait for No Memory for digital and luckily I got one so I never explored the Kilobyte first hand.

I've made a discovery today that was simultaneously saddening and exciting. The 31 band EQ I had been running through severely dampens my tone. I plugged straight into my amp today and noticed it was louder, clearer, and had the bass's natural tone coming through. Running through EQ, it was like throwing a blanket on everything. Granted, I could boost and tame frequencies, but the tone didn't breathe.

Now I've decided to just go straight to amp, and I've thought about picking up a MXR Bass Preamp to get some more tone shaping options (sweepable mid and different EQ points from amp). Anyone have experience with this? Should I look into some other things? I don't think I need tons of control now that I have the Jag and Rusty, I just want something transparent or adds a little sparkle. If I got the MXR then I could sell my mini spark boost (used as a tone enhancer). I can also throw something nifty into that rack space too if anyone has some suggestions.

And I might end up flipping the One Control and Fireburst for a different OD and Fuzz. Not sure yet. That KMA Minos is looking awfully sweet..

Does it need a DI? If no, I would look at the Empress Para EQ with boost. All the eq you would need, a clean boost on separate switch. But, you can still use the Empress eq for just some minot tweaks in the mids or something. Without going crazy.

No, but a few of us on here have some on order. I Have the op amp distortion one knob on order. The Cthulhu has existed for a while, so some people on here should have some. @dunwichamps makes some pretty cool/solid stuff.

Yeah, they discontinued the density hulk pro though. Their density hulk is their improved circuit of their meat box clone.
