Pedaltrain MINIs United Again!

I finally updated my mini with the Source Audio SoundBlox 2 Multiwave Distortion and the TC Electronics Hall of Fame Reverb.

And, I got some George L cable to make thing nice and tidy. Pretty pleased with how it turned out.

Is there anything similar to the mono bags for a Mini? Bag's the only thing I'm not crazy about!

Not that I know of. I so wish Mono would do a Mini bag, I love their stuff (have single and double gigbags, straps and a backpack - all outstanding stuff). I ended up getting a hard case b/c the mini bag is just crummy.

I'm dying to take an updated picture with my new hardcase, but I'm waiting on the last pedal (pre-ordered, should be this month). It will be:

Modded Mini in white finish with power supply and X2 wireless mounted underneath.

Boss TU2 > EBS MultiComp > Plutoneium Bass Chi-Wah Wah > Darkglass B3K > Darkglass Vintage Microtubes

Hardcase... Whaaaat?! I've been wanting a hard case for my Mini for a while now. Even gone so far as to explore several custom case makers, just haven't pulled the trigger yet. You must share details! :bassist:

5sg.

I got it used from another Talkbasser. I'll post some pics and info later today.

I just read about those Pedaltrain Volto's for the first time in the PYPB thread and looked up some pictures of them attached to boards.. is it just me or are the new(?) Mini's a different design to ours? Would we be able to get these to fit?

An opportunity to grab a Polytune Mini for a little over half price resulted in some changes in my Mini.

Gone is the Planet Waves Tru-Strobe, and added are the aforementioned Polytune Mini and a TC Electronic Shaker Vibrato pedal.

Good warbly times ahead!

What's the deal with them? I take it it's a rechargeable battery? Anyone know what type of life they have? Looked on the PT site but didn't see much.

Yeah rechargable ... this press release crops up in several places, no reviews that I could find.

Using cutting edge lithium-ion battery technology we have designed an efficient and super quiet alternative to traditional AC powered options. The Volto has two 9 volt outputs which are capable of providing a total output power capacity of 2000mA. The Volto is a great choice for small pedalboards like our Pedaltrain-NANO and MINI. It’s also super thin, about the same size as a smart phone. The Volto includes connecting cables and an AC charger with universal plug adapters that will allow you to recharge anywhere in the world.
