Ok, I need help. As I stated some pages ago, Mr blastoff pees in the sink. Whether or not this is to save water I don't know; perhaps it's something he does just because he can. As I also stated some pages ago, he doesn't rinse. Today, with the house rather warm, I got a good whiff when I went to the laundry room. I asked Mr blastoff, if he is going to continue to pee in the sink as he has for years, to please rinse after.
Mr blastoff looked at me and angrily denied EVER peeing in the sink.
Butbutbut!!!
I looked at the dog and ruled him out as a suspect. I am an implausible suspect. To the best of my knowledge nobody is breaking in mid-morning and peeing in the laundry room utility sink. Today is not garbage or recycling day, so I think we can rule out those dudes. The UPS lady is rather vertically challenged, and besides, she's usually here mid-afternoon.
Mr blastoff pees in the sink. I KNOW this. I have heard it. I have smelled it. He does it often. He never rinses. He denies it.
How can I get him to either rinse or quit? I don't think this is (you-know-what) envy; I don't begrudge a guy if he should want to pee against a tree while working outdoors because a) he can and b) it's inconvenient to walk inside or c) he's trying to deter coyotes, or write his name in the snow, or whatever. But peeing in the sink when he is on his way upstairs to where the bathrooms are? Really? And then claiming he's not doing it? Does he think I'm completely stupid?
Please advise.
