I like the last one with the poverty caps..... the old "speak softly but carry a big stick" approach has always worked well for me.

Added bonus is the dark blue color..... my favorite color for a second generation F body.

That looks like a fun driver plus a lot of other cars in this thread. My car philosophy has been that we all have to drive. Especially here in SoCal. If you are going to spend 10-15 percent of your awake time in life in a car, might as well drive something fun. Come to think about it that adds up to five or more years of your total life in a car .Anyway... just sayin.

I've long had a hankering for a 1959 through mid 60's El Camino. But when I admitted that, my wife (a farm girl who grew up driving 3/4 through 2-ton trucks) taught our daughters to chant "Wussy truck! Wussy truck!" every time I mentioned it.

So much for that idea.

But I still remember that we once had neighbors who owned a full-dress, bright red '59 El Camino. That was one damn fine looking toy.

An Italian designer has brought a kit to the market that allows people to change their Citroën van in a modernized HY type.

Citroen HY Upgrade KIT

People pay crazy prices for those old HY vans, like others do for a VW T1, so it probably a good niche. At least you have the power, brakes and reliability of a modern car.

Brexit doesn't make them a separate continent.
They may end up as Little Britain, without Scotland and Ireland,
because there's no majority in those parts.

The Ford Transit MKI was also constructed at the "Amsterdam Assembly".
Most of those have rotted away, or have been exported to North-Africa.
They also assembled the Cortina and the Mustang there.

My friend had a 76 Firebird with a 455 and I remember how cool the shaker scoop was.

It came to a bad end. One of his reckless coworkers decided to take it out for a joyride on his lunch break and drove it into a tree at 60 mph. My friend had no idea his coworker took it but he used just leave the keys in the ignition because for some reason he trusted everybody.
