PICKGUARD COLOR FOR NATURAL PRECISION?

My natural P looks exactly like yours, with tort. I love it, but I sometimes keep an eye out for a nice rosewood guard or a tooled leather one.

3-ply white (you should post another picture taken in a room with more light or the finish of your bass is quite a dark one ... maybe for its age ... it’s not an easy choice however)

On a natural body with a maple neck, the only aesthetically pleasing option is black.

Now as for other options I do like tort for any natural body and 3-ply black with a rosewood board & 3-ply white with a maple one. Gold anodized or pearl is alright but kinda blingy for my taste.

What about red pearl? Just a thought.

I've seen a few with red tort but never red pearl.
Still, someone must've tried it.

They all seem to fit about the same to me. If it was mine, I'd probably choose something with an interesting design. If it has to be a solid color, I'd choose a silvery/mirror, blue, or green.

My kit came with a white pickguard. Once I assembled it I kinda disliked it:

Since I had gone with the carbon grey to "weather" the look I have ordered and am waiting on a black /grey pearl.

Think the Black /Grey in the guard will go nicely with the rest of the body
