I bought my 73' new and it came with a white PG.
It is no longer bright white after al these years.
Almost swapped to tort but really didn't want to alter a really clean stock bass.
Surprised at how good the MOT looks on natural.

Maverick (post 57), what brand of MOT is that guard?
Looks really good

Currently sporting Tortellini, but was looking for recommendations BESIDES white, black or gold anodized.

Photos welcome.

As she stands:

I had a brass and a copper pickguard made for my Franken-P bass . I currently have the brass one on it . The bass is black and the brass looked better than the copper . But the copper may look good against a light natural color .
