Pickup cavity and control cavity templates for routing?

Axetreme Creations made this custom template for me. Did a great job. I sent a paper template in and got this back.

I've had such great performance out of that new 8-channel graphic EQ I got (Alesis DEQ830) that I'm not totally certain I even need to add more pickups, but I suppose I'd better try or I'll always wonder what adding that "Super P" arrangement as well as the "F24" pickup would be like. I'm feeling competitive with Blue Talon lately .... haahaa!
That template is almost something you want to hang on the wall instead of using it as a router template.
So are you going to make a copy of it first or are you just going to go ahead and work straight from that template?
Also, can you provide the rough cost? What kinda buxolas did it take?

Probably will route next weekend assuming the pickup shows up and is the right one. I want to be 100% sure about what is going in the hole before cutting.
Was planning to just use the template. Its custom made and I'm guessing Axetreme Creations would do one for $25 ish. Best Bass Gear has nice looking templates for standard pickup sizes (for less).
Hope you do go ahead with the X-Bass!
