Pizza Toppings

While I was living in Okinawa I had a "Hawaiian" pizza, it had potatoes, pineapple and bacon. I was skeptical but, it was tasty. Then again, I have not had a pizza I didn't like unless it was soggy: maybe I'm not the best judge of what pizza should be.

How about some Macaroni & Cheese Pizza?

Roasted garlic, grilled chicken, artichoke hearts, basil and roma tomatoes with a creamy parm sauce and copious amounts of mozzarella. It's my go to these days.

When I want different just a quad portion pepperoni pizza on thin crust with light sauce and cheese.

Grilled pineapple and bacon is my go to. I get that from the place around the corner from me all the time. They also make an eggplant parm pizza that is such a feel good comfort food.

Coolest combo is from a place in Philly called the asparago: shaved asparagus, guanciale, secret white sauce, parmesan, fior di latte, and truffled farm egg.

Aaaaaamazing.
