I don't think there's a PJ club. Lots of people play them. That Victor Wooten fella plays one. How about a club? Here's my 2002 passive PJ deluxe:

Stock precision pickup. Dimarzio ultra jazz. Wired volume/blend/tone. Badass 2. Fender Cabronita neck.

It is something, isn't it, that Victor Wooten fella playing a PJ bass? If nothing validated PJ before, Wooten sure did.

Late to the party, here are my two PJs:

1973 Fender Precision Bass

• heavy ash body, maple neck with skunk stripe
• "A" neck profile
• crude 70s J route
• Pat Wilkins body refinish
• Lollar P pickup
• Klein J pickup
• KTS bridge

2013 Bluesman Vintage Eldorado PJ/JJ bass

• alder, maple, rosewood
• thin P neck profile
• medium-heavy relic finish
• Flying Mojo PreCBS-type PJ pickups
