Playstation 4 VS Xbox One

I'm an Xbox guy at heart, but really like the looks of the PS4. The one game that could pull me back to Microsoft is forza

I owned a Playstation 1, 2, & 3... Never owned either of the first two Xboxes. So naturally I got a PS4 on launch day, and have no desire for an Xbox One. All signs seem to point to Playstation being the premier console of the new generation. But both consoles should be doing great once they get a lot of the kinks worked out through updates over the upcoming months.
Agreed. I think it's more a matter of your personal tastes and what you are used rather than which one is "better".
Or wait until after Black Friday/Cyber Monday/Satan's Shopping Tuesday and buy a PS3 or 360 for stupid cheap, since there won't be any worthwhile games for the new gen for a while
In my area I'm already seeing Xbox One's up for sale used at the gaming stores and on fb and craigslist. My fb is full of complaints on setup with the xbox.

So far I've only tried Forza and Dead Rising 3. Forza was visually impressive but I don't really like racing games. DR3 is a lot of fun. I spent most of yesterday morning just going round the city driving over zombies in a steamroller. Haven't tried anything else yet.
Play forza with manual shifting and clutch, that's how I really got into forza. The selection of cars is awesome but if you're not a car guy I could understand why you can't get into it
Just thought I'd share this. IGN released their extensive PS4 console review last week, and gave it a score of 8.2 (out of 10). They finished their Xbox One console review today, and gave it a 7.8 (out of 10). I typically rely on IGN for honest and accurate reviews when it comes to gaming.

everything they're saying is great about the dualshock 4, mainly the similarities to the xbox 360 controller, are the reasons I HATE the 360 controller. guess you can't please everyone. lol.

yeah most people seem to. I hate the offset joysticks, hate the dpad, hate the concave joysticks, hate the triggers and hate the bumpers and really hate the battery pack.
also don't understand in the review he says the controller is more spread out but its suddenly easier to reach things..
