When I registered on this forum, the user name Jools was taken, as was Jools123 etc.. No other Jools' had gone as far as 4001, and since I have a Rick 4001 that'll do.

I was subsequently asked to explain the origin of my username. It is a bit of a joke from back in my running days. I was ardent and dedicated but lacked talent. I was slow. I got the nickname, low heat.
