Please post your most trivial first world problem here

Another huge problem of mine: I can’t tell if the bands I’m listening to are intentionally using Lo-Fi recording techniques, or if the bitrate on my favorite satellite radio station is abysmally low. Either way, it’s having a seriously negative impact on my artistic enjoyment. :rage::mad:

My home gigabit internet is only doing about 810Mb/s right now.

I'll tell you one of the most trivial world problems: people squeezing toothpaste like this:

That’s my wife. Drives me nuts. The tube CLEARLY tells you IN PLAIN ENGLISH, “For best results, squeeze tube from bottom”. Hello?!?!? Can you NOT read?!?!? Why wouldn’t you want the best results!?!?!?

It’s ok. I always forget to fold the laundry after pulling it out of the dryer and leave it in a pile on the bed, and she hulk squeezes the toothpaste and NEVER replaces the empty toilet paper roll with a new one. It’s a fair trade off.

Looks like maybe she's squeezing it "with her bottom", not "from the bottom"..... :roflmao:

I don't see a problem, first world or otherwise. You can always squeeze it back into its proper shape. In the good old days, toothpaste tubes were made of metal and if you squeezed them around too much they'd bust open. Now THAT was a problem. :roflmao:

This reminds me of a story from childhood. We were at Grandma’s overnight and she had “Pepsodent” toothpaste. For whatever reason that morning she came out of the bathroom complaining that something was wrong with the toothpaste - it tasted awful.

My Grandpa came out with a big grin displaying an almost identical tube of ointment called, I think, “Ozonal” :D

The consistency of Nilla Wafers is very hit-or-miss. The ones baked to a more crispy firmness are much better for the application of peanut butter. Winding up with a box of the chewier ones is rather disappointing.

The TV in my living room uses an internet connection to display program information on the channels it picks up over the air through the antenna, kind of like old school meets new. For some reason, the spot where the TV sits has always had a problem receiving a clean and clear wifi connection. We could never figure out why. The Roku plugged into the back of the TV doesn't have a problem, and the Blueray player sitting below the TV doesn't have a problem. But it made me mad that I intermittently could not see which episode of Star Trek was coming up on H&I or which SciFi show was playing on Comet. I finally broke down and bought a wifi extender box, plugged it in, set it up, and my TV once again is displaying program information. Thank the Goddess!
