I use my bass as a substitute for drugs and Women.
Silly, you use a bass to get drugs and women. Maybe. Sometimes. Well, if you’re lucky. OK, on occasion. Once in a while.I use my bass as a substitute for drugs and Women.

I’d like to see that group! 35 ukes! Brilliant.Bass uke player for 10 years with a 35 person ukulele group. We meet every other Sunday and Wednesday in the backyard of one member, plus play a local farmers' market every 2 months, a local 5K marathon in March, and in September, the Los Angeles International Ukulele Festival. Four to five of us used to go to UCLA/Mattel Children's Hospital and roam the rooms playing for the kids and donating ukuleles, but covid put a stop to that. We're looking to start that again soon.
I checked at the Rite Aid and lube for sex is way cheaper than what I paid for my basses and amps.There is an Italian saying;
"Music is simply, lube for sex."
Yea that.
