I just bought a left handed Revelation bass from UK and it's really gorgeous. Unfortunately it's needing some neck and fret work. I love the block pearloid with cream/white trimming on side of fretboard...

I'm a sucker for Gibson's art deco split blocks on a suitable guitar - nice and simple. Not firm when it comes to bass but I like blocks and I like the dots on mine, especially the pāua ones :cool: l :cool: l :cool: l :cool: l

I like the boomerang inlays on my Hamer Impact bass. But I prefer no inlays on the fingerboard face. I never look at the face of the board when I am playing. Dots on the side of the board are necessary for me. I do own a few basses with inlays including a Warrior Gabriel. With the angel inlay in the middle of the neck. That one doesn't get played, I bought it to display.
