The Indonesian amps are fine. One of my two was a Indonesian Big Bang. Used that more than the LM800, which is a beast of an amp. Almost too much for what I was doing. The Big Bang is a damn nice amp.

Yep, BIG BANG is high on my want list.
Just bought a NANO 300 which is really nice in its own right. I think it and the BIG BANG share the same DNA.
I have three Markbass amps. My LMII (bought used) and LMIII (bought new) are Italian-made, and my Ninja is Indonesian made. All three have been worked hard and never given me a problem. The LMIII has done hundreds of gigs. I remember when I first got my LMIII, which I think was in 2007, there was TB talk about unreliability and difficulties with repairs, but mine have been bulletproof and sound great.
This combo sounds sweet and super punchy.
I own a early (2009?) CMD121P. Have never had one problem with it.....but what the heck, every manufacture has "goof ups" from time to time...it's nothing new.
The OP is notable by his absence. It feels like this thread was flame bait. Markbass probably increased its production quantities many times over when it moved production to Indonesia, hence the increase in reported issues. I've read many many more reports of problems with Ampeg amplifiers but wouldn't stoop to calling out its products as poor quality.
Allow me to deputize myself long enough to point out that you may be about one generation too young to register the difference between your & you're.
That would be me! I'm just trying to preserve the integrity of the English language.

It stopped working after very little home use - I thought about selling it because wasn't getting any use.
They won't replace it.
The OP has a day job, so TB is not his focus.
If I were to create a ruse, I would do better than this thread.
