Post Your '51-55 Precision or Tele-inspired bass

Thanks all ! It really wasn't intentionally meant to be creepy.

I have been toting that crate around for over 20 years. In spite of it being older than dirt, it was in pristine condition for its age. Kind of sentimental.

I chose it because of the huge American on the front. The embalming part makes it interesting.

Here is the face without the neck in the way.

If you ever decide to part with this body, please PM me.

That's gonna be very cool!

Part of my collection:

Do you happen to be the owner of these as well? Can't remember where I got that image but I fell in love with all of those basses at once! :hyper:

Is the one on the right a Lakland?

This thread must be kept alive!
Here's my precious precision carved from Swedish wood.
Sting-esque! :bassist:

...and my backup bass, a Squier CV '50s Precision.
I have heavily modified my CV and it has replaced my Stingray as my main bass (even beofre I did anything to it!

Awesome! I had thought about a 5 strings Single Coil Precision before, but I don't really use 5 stringers any more...
