Here - this is to deflate fretless GAS on this thread.
This was my only bass from 96-98. I have sold it 3 times (most recently back in June) and somehow it keeps coming back. It currently sits in a storage room without strings on it (I needed the flats for my Fender). The best thing I can say about it is "it sounds way better than it looks." A previous owner transformed the hot pink bass into "black with a hot pink stripe, and pink splotches on the back that look like hell." BUT - maple neck, graphite fingerboard, sissy lines to help me back when my intonation was non-existent, and nice action/overall feel. But it's an old friend.
Yes - those are rusty pole-pieces on the pickups.

Beautiful! I love the way every line melts and flows together. Jerzy's are the most comfortable and ergonomic basses I've ever played.

All these Zons, Moduli and exotic customs make mine look plain and cheap (which it was) but still, it's mine and I love it
