Traditionally in Japan that space is saved for some nasty and/or erotic type images since it is only seen in private. I just have not thought of what I might want to put there.... and I didn't want to spend any more cash for the meantime. Had to buy a Geddy. :)

Thanks for the kind comments. Keep them images rolling in brothers!

Just a heads up...the armpit hurts really, really bad. haha. I was actually suprised how little the inner arm hurt...but yeah, armpit blows balls. I must admit though, i kind of want to get more on my armpit...just to be differnt though i think. Plus i saw a pic in a tattoo magazine of a girl with a flower on her armpit and i was like "what! if she can do it then i can too!" point is...i'm gonna get a flower on my armpit :D

Sissy! :p

:hiding:

Man, part of my chest piece entered the armpit fringes and I must say.. It was rather unpleasant  Kinda felt like I was being burned w/ a blowtorch.. hehe..

exactly!! You can call me what you want but that was an experience i'd rather have no gone through. It doesn't feel like the same pain thats in the back, where it feels like more of a soreness in the muscles (at least for me) but just of pure burning...:D

I got my 7/7/7 tattoo today ;) Look beyond the pink that needs touching up around it.. It's on my arm ditch and color falls out pretty easily.

for sure, i already got touchups on the black and purple of my arm, i still need to do alot of touchups, including the ditch and elbow, its pretty hard to keep it from not falling out. I actually got the underbelly of the snake on my forearm "tokyo pink". I was like "are you guys sure this is cool?!?!" hahaha, i'm glad to see someone else has pink on there arm! :D

My first tattoo, and it's even relevant to the board topic!

Done 6 hours ago, so it's got Neosporin all over it, and the crappiness of my camera does not bring out how clear and perfect it is in real life. When I'm not bending my arm to photograph it the neck is perfectly straight. It will be colored (Fireburst of course) when the outline heals, in a few weeks. Man, anyone who says tattoos do not hurt is certainly understating things. Totally worth it though :)

Done by my incredibly talented friend and roomate Jeff Stewart. He drew up the design (freehand, I might add) and did the tattoo himself. Incredible work.

Yes, actually. My artist wanted the outline to heal before he did the color (so about a month or so). It's going to be Fireburst with blue waves. He even has a technique for making chrome for the hardware, so it's going to look incredible. I'll get better pictures when it heals.
That's the same way my artist does it. I go in for 2-3 hour sessions whenever he deems me healed enough and whenever I have the time and money. Hopefully, I'll be able to go in for a couple more hours in the next few weeks. The guy I'm going to typically has a 2-3 week waiting list.

Hehe.. Not bad. A couple artists I use have YEAR long waiting lists  :crying:

Yeah, my guy is usually out 6 months. But, he owns the shop and only works three days a week. His wife is also an tattoo artist and they have two small kids so life is full on. With four more artists in the shop they are constantly busy and I am very happy that they can make a good living AND raise a family.
