I really like it. It keeps low end really well and has tons of volume on tap which is nice. According to Jamie from EQD is was originally based off the green Russian muff. It definitely sounds quite a bit like one to me. I was playing some Muse last I think so I am guessing that's why the gain is dimed. The settings are for the most part all useful and it plays nicely with all my other pedals. I vastly prefer the sound of the Hoof to my Huck which is another nice sounding fuzz, but totally different.

Sorry for the crappy pics, but I was too lazy to grab the good cam and just used my phone instead :o Did a little tryout of the POG tho. Definitely sounds synthy. Kinda cool in its own right, even cooler blended with the dry signal. I turn on the Hema tho. BAM!!!!!! OMGOCTAVEBLISS!!!!!!!

Of the Goat, PH-3 and the Hema, the only one I may keep past halloween is the Hema right now lol. PH-3s an almost definite "toss out" (not as much use as I hoped). Still gotta see what the Goat will do with the POG. Hoping for some really good synth fuzz type sound, but if not *gone*.

Awesome bone crushing is.... well..... AWESOMEZ!!!! :D
I basically saw that it was delivered (used the computer at school), skipped out (yay for owning my own car!), and played for about 10 mins. I now plan on playing with it long time.

BTW, do you have an active bass and a passive? Just wondering if there is a difference in tracking. Mine warbles a little (almost not noticeable when the low octave is solo even) and im wondering if an active bass would be tracked better compared to a passive.

I don't really think of it as warble because it makes it sound so much more choppy. I like it. My old Octave Multiplexer glitched, I hated that. This is consistent enough to make some awesome sounds. I don't have an active bass, sorry. If you can get your hands on an envelope filter, my settings on the POG will make it bone-crushing. I love that term, pretty much describes my whole setup.
