i built a box for my board and got it all fixed down. 15 quid and it was sorted. all i need now is for some more urges to come along and ill have to rip all the buggers up again.

Is that a Digitech Bass Wah?

If it is, do you (or anyone else) know a way to get a nice dist. sound from it, or do I have to go and get myself an other pedal?

Here you go all done in George L's

TaySte_2000, How do you like your ToneFactor Analogue Filter? I've been looking at getting a filter pedal and so far I have it down to 3. EBS, Emma, and Maxon but I've seen that pedal(ToneFactor) on their e-bay site and the samples sound nice even though it's on guitar.

Well I only got it today so not had much time to play with it, I'll be recording some sound clips tomorrow so they should give you a good idea. I prefer it to the EBS that I owned it's alot more organic sounding. I've never tried the maxon, The EMMA is a pretty good filter and probably does more than the 442 but didn't seem to grab me like the 442 does.

Like I say I'll post some clips and you can check them out and make your own mind up

Well ive been away for a couple of weeks. (living on my own now :bassist: )

anyway, my ebs multicomp arrived today. i finished work late and i couldnt pick it up from the shop unfortunately. now to keep my eyes out for a volume pedal.

not living with your parents makes it hard to buy all these nice pedals now. i feel so empty
:P

I found a way to get a decent distorted sound out of it but it's not perfect. I can't remember the setting but I think I posted it here a while ago. Lemme try and dig it up.

Found it:

Select preset six and turn "control" all the way to the right and "range" all the way to the left. You'll end up with a nice, deep fuzzy sound which may actually work in a band setting.
