got a new phone, so here's a couple better shots of my board, which includes two new pedals as of this weekend! (ignore the stupid Helio waterwark, extra lame)

FX Chain:

Bass >
SansAmp BDDI >
Ashdown Compressor >
Xotic X-Blender > (loop send) > Morely Dual Bass Wah > Digitech Whammy 4 (set to 2 octave up) > clone of Boss SG-1 Slow Gear > Frostwave Funk-A-Duck envelope filter/follower> Danelectro Spring King Reverb > (loop return)
Devi Ever USA Spectacular GZ > (feedback loop) > Boss DD-2
Ashdown Envelope Filter >
Ernie Ball VP JR 25K >
Boomerang Phrase Sampler >
Digitech JamMan (not pictured) >
Amp (Mesa-Boogie M-2000)

(for those interested, the pedalboard is an SKB PS-100.. and now that the wallwart power supply for it has died, i've come to understand that the PS in SKB's product numbering, stands for Piece of Sh*t)

I (still) love your board. Looks like a lot of fun. What sort of music do you use it for?

...and my Chancellorwhoring is now pretty much complete :hyper:

I didn't expect the Bass Whammy to be so small. I was thinking it was the size of the XP-100 or the Whammy IV. Always looked much bigger in photographs. In any sense, the thing is pretty awesome

Very nice, wish my bass whammy looked that clean :)

What's the XXL though?

Yeah the only thing on the Whammy was pulled-off sticker remnants that was on the side panel. A little rubbing alcohol took it right off, and now the pedal looks really pristine. [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]

The XXL is Distortion. I got that instead of the GT2. The XXL is the Bass edition distortion, I figured it would get a somewhat similar sound to the GT2 but retain a little more bass than the GT2 does.

I still want to try a GT2 if I find one for cheaper on ebay.

I just use the tonebender for all the distortion. Just need to turn the fuzz down and turn it to treble :P

btw, help me and beyondhairy solve the mystery of Ticks and Leeches starting at 3:34! We think it's either a whammy or a fretless><
