So it IS a skunk haha. How did that come about? I have a big heart for all animals, and I'm greatly interested in hearing more

I got her from a breeder in state. She is very docile and good with the dogs. They beat her up a bit though. Its basically like having a cat that is silent.

My mom had a pet skunk before I was born. She said it was a great pet as long as you get the gland removed.

Do you trim their claws? I'd imagine they could get pretty nasty.

My mom had a pet skunk before I was born.

So did my mom, when she was a kid...the skunk was named Daisy and she loved peanut butter.

Our Boarder Collie Keira loves the bass and is very relaxed around it!!!!

I trim her claws about once a month or so, but they couldn't cut through butter. They're long but very dull and only meant for digging. Her scent gland is removed so no stink there.

One last thing...they do make great pets but NOT for families with very small children. Their teeth are sharp as needles and jaws can break bones. On that note back to your family photos.

No bass in the picture, but my guitar amp is, and my bass is just out of the frame.

He's an adopted stray, so I don't know his ancestry, but I believe he is at least part Maine Coon.

He may be part Norwegian Forest cat...he looks a LOT like my cat and she's 1/2 Norwegian. Overly-hairy ears, long'ish hair between the pads on the feet, exceptionally long hind legs are Wedgie traits.
