Oh man, never spotted this thread before. I got about 1000 to add later... I do a ton of work for an animal rescue, including fostering and have a bit of a hobby of taking pics of them all with gear....

And yes, thank you for adopting a stray, Gigslut!

I was trying to take pictures to sell this thing on craigslist...my darn cat Timmy has to butt in. So much for saying it's from a "pet-free, smoke-free home" .... It never did sell, and I was only asking $60. :scowl:

My parents used to have a dog just like that. His name was George, and he was probably one of the smartest dogs I've ever seen.

Just found this one on my camera card. It's slightly out of focus but I think that gives it a cool feel.

My backyard rescue:

"Oogie", she was brought to me by her mother. Along with 3 more of her kittens! Found homes for 3 and I kept Oogie. I did the TNR thing 2 years ago....about 14 spayed/neutered. Neighborhood is kitten free now. (And I spent about $500 doing this)

Tovah our mini-Dachshund managed to get into the photo of one of our Fretless builds that we had for sale back in 2008-ish.
The bass is long gone and fortunately the buyer only asked us to include a case with the bass.

This photo is therefore entitled: "Dog pictured, but not included"
