X2 on both accounts. Pedigree animals are really something, but personally, I can't bring myself to do anything other than adopt from a shelter or foster. Actually, I fostered a trio kittens a couple years ago and kept this little girl. It was hard to give up her sisters because I was attached after a couple months, but no way I was gonna have that many critters running around the house. Here she is trying to relax after getting spayed. Notice the bare belly.
