Your Collisium 300 was originally designed to push two 18" cabs with ease. I would definitely keep the head and get bigger/more speakers.

Pretty much anything GK makes is going to be a good bang-for-the-buck. The MB800 is crazy loud, if you want lightweight, and the 700/1000RB-II are also amazing.

+1 on the MB800 if it is the amp (not cab) that is the limiting factor. I have one, and it is stupid-loud for how small it is. I rarely have to "crank" it past 9 o'clock.......
