Practical difference between a 6 chord and a 13 chord when walking?

Just to make sure that 11th is /not/ included. But, as @Groove Master said: any educated musician would leave out the 11th by default.

It would be best to avoid the minor 9th interval between E and F. Put them together inside the voicing or have the third on top (!)
I would write it in notes or like this C13(add11)
