Practical difference between a 6 chord and a 13 chord when walking?

Would you prefer to see Bbma(6)/C or Gmi7/C, or C11?

11 is seldom seen in writing nowadays. Gmi7/C is the most common notation, at least in jazz. F - D7 - Gmi7 - Gmi7/C - F is a common progression.

Just to make sure that 11th is /not/ included. But, as @Groove Master said: any educated musician would leave out the 11th by default.

Then you should write it out, like that.

It would be best to avoid the minor 9th interval between E and F. Put them together inside the voicing or have the third on top (!)

Bbma7 over C (triad) would be a better symbol, but symbols can't communicate this special voicing.
