PYPB 44: ...like Tetris with boxes, wires and cables

Here's the latest for my big board (posted on here in a few spots, but included a visual representation of wiring while I wait for cable ties in the mail)View attachment 5103201 View attachment 5103203

UPDATE! I already made a tweak to the board diagram, and have the setup almost fully wired. Probably could be cleaner with some custom-length cables, but that'll come in the next iteration (whenever that is...).

Living room board is fun and all, but time to get down to business. The band is finally ready to emerge from the rehearsal room and that means I gotta get my stuff together. That means no more blobs of pedals strung across my desk. Song-specific effects have been decided and a Pedaltrain is on the way. Maybe I’ll finally be able to post in the “tidy pedalboard” thread! Very excited about this build - board comes in on Monday.

A bit of an experiment here... Bought the Switchblade with a plan in mind, but that plan totally misfired, so I'm inserting it in the chain as a tuner out/mute switch, which will allow me to keep an occasionnal eye on my tuning and adjust on the fly if needed. I've had a few occasions where I went Is it me or the guitar player that's out of tune ? , so we'll see if that set-up is useful. Also, this is a first : all my favorite pedals are on the board, my favorite makers are all represented and everthing switched during a song is on the bottom tier. We'll see how long it lasts :D

New board all set up. Might swap something in or out, nothing is set in stone. Happy so far with the Temple stuff.

Beautiful board, makes me want to copy you and go for the mini-module input/outputs as opposed to the 4 plug mod I have now!

Also, super jealous of your Studio One, curious on your placement before octave though - do you DI out pre-octaver?

The side module is pretty slick with the D series jacks, and overall looks pretty clean.
Normally the S1 would be last but I like using the Messenger for practice with headphones (easier access than the Stomp) and kind of like it there. Plenty of options.

Tell me why this is stupid:

The Lucydreamer is a stand-in for the Rattler that is not in Pedal Playground. Idea is Tuner -> Compressor -> Triplegraph -> Cloudburst -> Rattler -> Stomp -> Microcosm. It'd be primarily a bass board, but also working into learning guitar. Cloudburst would be normally a 100% wet pedal, replacing my Attack Decay, mainly due to space. I love my Warwick Rockboard, but trying to fit two rows of pedals on it is a pain sometimes.

EDIT: Should clarify that I have about half of this stuff. Looking to expand into the Midi world with the Microcosm
