Sho nuff. godblender's board rightly got thumbs up all around but gnasher has some tasty stuff there, crappy cell phone pic nothwitstanding. Love the Goatkeeper. I wish I could justify the pedalboard real estate for it - amazing pedal. And we don't see nearly enough Robot Factory stuff around anymore. Nice to see somebody rockin' the Meatwad.

BTW, how did you find the Headrush to be for basic on-the-fly looping?? I have the option of picking one up cheap and was considering doing so...despite it being the size of my head.

Thanks guys! I love the Goatkeeper, it's pretty much the heart of my rig, I use it a lot.

The Meatwad is great too, it's the perfect filter for me. It's the first Robot Factory pedal I've tried and I'm really impressed with the quality. I bought it used but emailed Mario with some questions and he was really helpful. Highly recommended!

It's packed with features so is really versatile, everything from more traditional envelope filter sounds to out of control oscillating squeals. The CV control is really cool too, especially when used with the Goatkeeper (I've been meaning to do a demo of this combo).

The two knobber between the Aggy and the Hair Beast is an NPN Jr. from Monsterpiece Effects, it's a silicon fuzz face. It does that typical low gain overdrive that fuzz faces do so well, which is mainly what I use it for.

BTW, how did you find the Headrush to be for basic on-the-fly looping?? I have the option of picking one up cheap and was considering doing so...despite it being the size of my head.

IMO the Headrush is fantastic as a simple looper and very underrated as a delay. Yeah, it's a brick and a half in terms of pedalboard real estate but top mounted jacks (for me) always help to squeeze things in.

It doesn't have a ton of features as a looper and if you have a number of layers and screw up you can't just erase the last one - you have to go back to just the first loop or start completely over, but I dug it.

My live looping has generally been pretty minimal and mostly something I play around with/practice with at home. For the moment I'm using my M9 for looping but I'll likely be selling that along with a few other pedals and if I really miss being able to do looping I'll pickup another Headrush.

At the moment, it's just a modtone deep dive and soundblox bef, but red ripper, fender sublime, ep-2 or small stone, and black finger or mxr bass comp coming eventually.

I say this as a former "I'll start off small..." thinker myself. If you spend a significant amount of time in the effects forum then you'll want to start off with a PT-JR at the very least, lol. I actually did start with a JR and 6 days later it was too small . Some food for thought .

JoshyPelicahny - i know you'd talked about it being a bedroom board, but really, i don't see the point of the Nano's. the Mini's are cool for about 5 or 6 pedals, but i wouldn't go any smaller than that. the Nano's...... seem like....... first time you step on them live they're going to fling off into the crowd and impregnate that grrL that's been staring at you all night. which is all awesome and metal, but then you've got years of child support on your Xerograph/PPB/**** Overdrive/Human Hybrid monster.
