Can't you use the volume knob on your instrument if you want to be in between detents? I have actually wished for detents on my bass volume pot.

If you really need to, it's fairly easy to set the knobs between detents........

I've done several loud 4 hour gigs with 2 4 ohm cabinets. Master set to about noon or 1. Quilter never flinched once.

Great news on the robustness at 2ohm!
