Ran into a complete nutjob on Reverb.com...

Wow... just wow....

If something so simple sets him off, how the he// does he get thru an entire day of ups & downs & normal human interactions.

At first I thought maybe he replied when drunk & in a bad mood... but to continue the diatribe shows it wasn’t a one-time thing.

And it’s been said already, but I’d definitely report him: a threat is a threat & totally unacceptable.

(Which leads back to how has he maintained a business at all if this is his reaction every time someone asks a question?!?!)

Wow...... someone needed his meds....... I have been buying and selling on Reverb for years and only had a single issue returning a defective Cali76 input jack unit. I even did video of plugging in and the issue sent to the seller via reverb messaging. The seller was very verbal and pissed off and accused me of just wanting to return the unit... I sent the video to Reverb rep... seller never changed his tone but I did get my refund. He relished and made $100 more the second time around. I feel for that buyer....

They are out there...... ;0

I feel your pain OP!

A reverb transaction for a Fender strat ... psycho from the get go, well from the point of the guy received the guitar.

He sent me multiple 1000 word emails about his life, etc etc.
He told me he had bought 3 guitars in a week and was having a hard time hiding them from the wife in the RV they lived in as their house in the very remote south.

Reverb sided with me as it was listed as "No returns".

Paypal is another story. The buyer lied his a$$ off about issues that were 100% false. Paypal reversed the payment and
held the money. After weeks of talking to PP I figured it was better to eat the shipping charges and get the guitar back.

Reverb .... good

Paypal .... Satan. google them.
