Recommendations for a 'weird sounds only' board

I want to put together a board purely for experimental / weird / synthy / electronic noise stuff. This is a very different venture to my usual bass stuff so I'll keep it completely separate from my strictly functional / minimal board. This would be for live performance so if there is any way I can save presets on pedals it would be a bonus (I know a multi-fx would probably be the best idea for that, but I want stuff that gets weirder than that). Definitely NOT looking for the usual bass fx clichés, the weirder the better.

Looking for recommendations for what I should have on there. I'll definitely need:
- drive / saturation
- octave / sub
- reverb / delay
- EQ

Other than that, I'm open to suggestions, please suggest your weirdest pedals / multi-fx that allow for as much experimentation as possible - preset saving would be a bonus.

EHX Mel9 - make your bass sound like a flute, strings, choir, or King Crimson
Eventide H9 - all the reverb, delay, modulation you need

I had a Mel9 but sold it. Still have an EHX B9, though. You could make your bass sound like Jon Lord, or a cathedral organ.

Get the new Beetronics Zzzombeez. It is very useful yet weird in a good way

It doesn't need to be weird pedals. You can get pretty weird sounds messing with convetional order and settings of normal pedals. An analog delay on the verge of oscilation in front of a distortion or fuzz or a tremolo in front of a gateing fuzz for example. Throw in some modulation like a phaser or flanger on top of that, add a whammy and maybe an envelope filter, loopers are always nice...

The Hot Hand 3 from Source Audio is pretty awesome. It's actually not an effect but a controller. It's an accelerometer that can control any effect that can use an expression pedal so great for synth effects.

ZVex Machine would do signal obliteration/heavy fuzz and is unique.

DOD rubberneck analog delay capable of endless crazy with the rubberneck feature, one button regen, modulation and drive and being able to put other pedals in its own fx loop ( comp in the loop super cool).

ehx pitchfork esp w expression pedal.

Good old exh bass muff pi. Gets very synthy and weird cranked full.

this is the warblyest delay, I love this.
It’s not for everyone and it’s not for every day. There’s about a 5 degree range where the settings are great slapback or lead delay. Then it’s all over the roller coaster after that.

Boss SYB 3 or 5. As the name suggests, its a Synth Pedal. One of the early attempts, its Sounds are rather "inorganic". Tracking is beyond wonky. Makes really, really weird Sounds. Also, they are cheap used, since nobody likes them.

Add a ring modulator to the rest. It is one of my favorite go-to effects for my ambient space pieces.
