Remaining G&L Empress Basses

I cannot believe you got them to do a side jack! That is so cool! That is one of my biggest hang-ups about LB-100s & SB-1/2s. Not sure why, but top jacks have always bugged me?

I agree about the front mounted jack, I wont say what it looks like with a straight jack going into it, but I do much prefer a side mounted jack with a 90 degree plug going into it. It just looks neater with the cable over the rear strap lock pin from the back.

The day will come, I suspect, when I will try to place an order and they won't accept it. Rather than asking them every week if that day has come, I'm just taking orders until they say no. Sadly, somebody will eventually get most of the way through the ordering process only to learn that we can't place the order...

Wow! That finish on that body wood looks great! It is supposed to arrived tomorrow - can't wait.
Interesting that one 5 string is string through and the other is not. I am perfectly fine with it.

FWIW - I did successfully place an order for an Empress ASAT Bass just a couple days ago. So they're still taking orders!
