The M8e is a rickenbacker SE amp, circa 1958, originally sold with a Hawaiian lap guitar. Yes, I did replace the 12ax7 tube, it darkened the sound. And no I can't play my bass through it.
If I build a Rick copy and post it here I will get a lot of hatred directed my way, and I get that hate just for modifying Rickenbackers.

Keep doing it!! I wish the Rick necks were wide enough to make a true 6 string bass.
