Doom!

OOO, white Ampeg. :hyper:

Second question: what'd you use to TRANSPORT this monstrosity?

i just completed it yesterday so i havent gigged with it yet. i had it all plugged in last night and it sounded ridiculous. my band has a trailer tho and it all fits in there so transporting isnt an issue until my back gives out lol.

sadly, the V4 bit the dust again. it worked for an hour + then crapped out. im getting close to the end with this head and may just replace it with a sunn 300T, but im gonna give the head more more shot. it sounded too awesome to just give up on.

A 300T through two... are those 2x15"s? And an SVT through two 8x10"s? At the same time? That's... an awesome yet terrifying thought.

lol, the two old cabs are 70s V6-B's, the two newer cabs are an 810 and a 90s SVT 215E.

so its 3 2x15s and 1 8x10, with an SVT VR and a V4 at the moment. turns out the V4 is ok, theres just some wiring in the V6-B cabs that needed to be fixed, so im feeling better about keeping it. i just got it modded to the 6550s and it kills.

Debut gig with new band is tomorrow night. I hope to give them an awful fright when they see me rolling in with the rig.

Just Duratexed the cab, replaced the grill cloth, and got the power amp back from Stewart. Nothing like palm muting the low-b pushing 1600 watts at 4 ohms through a 70's SVT. :hyper:

Here's mine. First post, longtime lurker, but this thread inspired me to post.

SVT-4 Pro, SVT 810e + SVT 215e

If I didn't already have the rig I've got (Spector, GK, and Aguilar GS412's), this would probably be my numero uno favorite, all around! I'm glad I don't own it, I wouldn't ever make it out the door trying to decide what to bring! (bring it all, I know but even my truck has a limit on space :D)

"Downsized" my rig. Think this is going to be the final lineup for a while after months of R&D.

Gibson Ripper > pedalboard > clean out to SVT-II > Ampeg 410HLF + Sunn 215BH with upgraded Eminence Kappa 15LFAs, effected out to Roland Jazz Chorus, Bass synth pedals > Roland KC-500.
