No, I did that myself when I saw a thread on here about using various kinds of cloth or construction paper on the baffles of cabs. I just went way over the top in my choice of fabric.

It took me what seems like an eternity to acquire my rig w/my minimal budget. Both cabs were CL finds. The 215RR came from a rehearsal space in Brooklyn about a yr ago where the guy who owned it just wanted the behemoth gone... the Diesel 1516 was a rescue from a rehearsal studio in Queens (the 10" and 15" were both blown when I got it, but it was dirt cheap). The 400+ was bought here in the TB Classifieds about a year or so ago.

Here's my new to me rig of doom. Should hopefully have an action shot after Wednesday when it debuts for its first performance.

Mesa Fathom head into roadready 410 + 115. When I run the Spector thru a VT bass pedal with a little drive dialed in its pure rock and roll. Very happy with the sound, just sooooo dang heavy...

I have to say that I've seen here more amazing rigs that this but to me it's the best looking one.

BTW, I've seen some of you guys don't stack according to the traditional rule of larger speakers on the ground (to connect with the floor). Aside from the cases where you have no other way is that on purpose or you just put the cabs randomly?

Larger speakers "traditionally" carry the lows.

But in these modern times, that's not always the case, and even having the "low-end" cab on the floor is not always preferred. Sounds good = is good. I'm thinking that a lot of us just arrange it in whatever way it sounds best to us. I've actually found that my rig sounds better with the 1x15 on top of the 2x10.
