Rigs of Doom; Part 4

Last Decade's Rig 'O Doom

View attachment 849454 To be honest, I never needed more than my GS412, but I would like to bring the 18" EV cab to an outdoor gig again sometimes. I'll have to take the LH1000 out of bridge mode and send 1/4" to each cab.

If you have a second amp or even just a power amp, You could line out of the LH1000 via the FX send into the second amp. Depending on what you got, could possibly allow you to EQ the 18" diferently than the 12's...

Yes, I have a markbass 500w amp I can use for the 412 and sent the Hartke bridged to the 18, it's really unnecessary but I guess that's what rigs of doom are all about :)

Beautiful Vigiers.:) I loved your unboxing video of your new Excess. How do you like it?
Take care,
Brent
I love it! It's very different from my passion bass, more resonant and flexible. The Passion sounds like nothing else, the Excess can sound like anything. Dead flat it reminds me of a Ric but with more bottom, cut bass and treble and it sounds boutique (Smith/Fodera) hipe B+T and you got a Marcus style Jazz, pan to the bridge, boost bass cut treble, you have a stingray. That's not even why I bought it, I just like how the neck feels and how stable they are.
