My first love since I was 4 years old!
I am spending today listening to everything Ozzy and weeping.
When this album first came out my basement/garage band played most of that album. Legendary. RIP Oz.

How often does anyone get to post Bloom County!! RIP-Ozzy
Man im born in 89 so despite always loving Black Sabbath its been experienced with exposure to like another 20-30 years of other heavy music, I just cant imagine how it mustve been for the people back in 1970 blasting this on the record player for the first time, the opening track setting the tone still feel really heavy today.View attachment 7281059

Very sad. He was transformational with his music that I believe his bass player wrote most of for Black Sabbath. Ozzie was always a mess, but he was our mess and there's no question some of his greatest music has stood the test of time. Got a real insight into him in that reality show where his son drove him around to all these different spots. Once you heard his accent enough, you could figure it out. Still, I would run the subtitles so I'd be sure I understood what he was talking about.![]()

At least he got that last show in.
Absolute legend, the likes of which we'll probably never see in our lifetime.
