ah, cool. so you got the bass. i was going to contact you and see if you had decided yet.

very nice.

Great bass, but you're in serious need of one of Jens' Tempur straps - not that I have anything against Warwick straps.....on a Warwick!!:D

OT
Just an FYI. I believe that the Fender Neoprene/Sadowsky/Ritter Tempur straps are all made by a company called NeoTech. Great straps, very comfy and good weight distribution. However, the Fender branded strap is the least expensive.

Sweet bass(es) Mark. Enjoy them in good health.

Haha, the reason for that strap is that its the only non-straplock fitted strap I had in my apartment. Jens, in all his keenness to come and meet me (he hand delivered the bass) forgot to put the straplocks in the case. The locks are Schaller and all my other basses have Dunlop locks so none of my "nice" straps fitted on. Because I was too lazy to take the locks of one of my nice straps (and ultra keen to play the bass) I used the Warwick strap. I am talking with Jens about getting one of his straps but he said that he may not be getting any more in. If not, I might try one of the straps at Invalid Link Removed (not the Comfort but one of the other brand - I forget the name). As the bass is only 3.49kg, it doesn't really need a "super" strap.
