Just an FYI. I believe that the Fender Neoprene/Sadowsky/Ritter Tempur straps are all made by a company called NeoTech. Great straps, very comfy and good weight distribution. However, the Fender branded strap is the least expensive.

I ordered my ritter bass in the middle of this week and I spoke on the phone directly with Jens Ritter. He is a great guy very friendly and willing to consider my requirments.
I chose the Roya model, flamed maple wood and the finish is Red Champagne with High-Gloss-Lacquer Finish on Quilted Maple. The fretboard will be ebony.

It's very likely that he played his recently built Ritter Jupiter, "The Eye of Horus", if you saw him play. There are a few threads on him and the bass here on TB.
