Yup! That one piece was the very special one that I had mentioned before. When I got it, the strings were crazy off the board, but after a good set up and some TLC, it plays just amazing. The biggest problem that I have is that this plus the Shuderella are very distracting to play - you are looking at the bass more than you are playing it. The other cool thing about the one piece that when it arrived, it came straight from Johnathan Herrera, Bass Player reviewer, himself.
The Shuderella, it's an acquired taste, but I love it
A couple of friends of mine have played it and have said that it sounds more like an old 60's P Bass than a modern piece. Plus, the fretboard/neck looks like they are made out of plastic, but they are not. One of my friends took about 10 minutes just going over all of the lyrics that are on it.
Jens does fabulous work and is a stand up guy to deal with. We've got another bass in the works, but that won't be ready until late 2010

Man, what a pair I have now, it just makes everything else seem redundant to me... I'm even considering letting the old Fenders go, but I'll wait for a few months and see if I come to my senses
